Overview

Project Manager - Civil Engineering. Location: Sines (onsite, Monday–Friday). Salary: €70K - €80K. The company specializes in scale construction across data centers, logistics, advanced manufacturing, and more. We are looking for experienced professionals across Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) roles to drive profile projects to success. This project manager role will be based
- time in Portugal.

You will be responsible for delivering complex commercial and manufacturing projects across Portugal, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee civil engineering works, including site preparation, foundations, and drainage.
• Ensure structural integrity and compliance with engineering specifications and local regulations.
• Work closely with design and construction teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and materials procurement for civil works.
• Lead inspections and quality control efforts related to civil infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CSA roles within scale construction projects.
• Strong expertise in structural, civil, or architectural engineering principles.
• Excellent project management,
  - solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Preferred Experience

• Data center, logistics, and manufacturing site project experience is a significant advantage.
• Experience managing construction projects across European locations.
