Job Description

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

• Manage
  -
  - end projects, acting as the main contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, managing expectations and resolving issues promptly.
• Prepare project plans, monitor progress, and adjust activities to secure successful delivery.
• Support clients and teams in defining project strategy and aligning it with business goals.
• Identify risks and conflicts, propose mitigation actions, and communicate challenges proactively.
• Coordinate
  - functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Manager or PMO.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, adapting approaches as needed.
• Experience coordinating multifunctional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in payments or digital solutions will be valued.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power
  Point) will be considered an advantage.
• Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Atlas) will be appreciated.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good command of English and/or Spanish, spoken and written.
