The Role

We are looking for a #Tech
Talent to work as a Project Manager Cybersecurity for an international banking sector project.

What You'll Do

• Contribute to deploying the CDF Xshore program in Portugal, India, and Poland.
• Manage CDF initiatives up to Go Live according to Third-Party Risk Management processes, governance, and methodology.
• Provide operational support to CDF teams in their implementation of the extended team in Portugal, India, and Poland, and organize change management for onshore teams.
• Work with SMEs (Tax, Legal, Compliance, Data, etc. ) to identify main risks.
• Mitigate risks by defining, following, and executing actions to meet SME conditions as outlined in the risk assessment of the Xshore program.
• Develop contracts (SLA, billing process) between the CDF Department and each concerned location, and supervise contracting.
• Contribute to reporting at the CDF level (monthly steering committee) and to IT Group Central Sourcing teams (project card, risks, etc. ).

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in English.
• Project management experience.
• Risk knowledge and outsourcing awareness.
• General knowledge of IT topics or IT Risk and Cybersecurity.
• Ability to establish and activate networks.
• Negotiation skills.
• Understanding of Governance and Methodology, and ability to develop transversal processes.
