We are looking for a dynamic and
- focused Project Manager to join our Fast Enablement Team, which drives the implementation of
- impact data & AI use cases across multiple business units. This role offers the opportunity to work on
- edge solutions built on our central data platform.

As a Project Manager, you will be instrumental in translating strategy into execution, working closely with
- functional teams and business stakeholders to drive the
-
- end development of AI-enabled products and MVPs.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution & Delivery: Lead planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives from MVP to
  - up across diverse business domains. Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure
  - time and
  - quality outcomes. Identify and prioritize
  - value features and quick wins.

• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between Strategy, Product, and Engineering teams. Drive alignment between central data platform capabilities and business use case needs. Interface with business stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and facilitate change adoption.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with internal teams (e. g. , LLM Toolbox, Smart Assistant product leads) to ensure technical feasibility and prioritization. Enable
  - organizational collaboration through centralized tooling and reusable components.

• Enablement & Change Management: Coordinate resource and budget planning with key stakeholders. Support initiatives that enhance data acquisition, quality, and availability to ensure scalable AI applications.

• Reporting & Communication: Track progress and KPIs across active projects and report regularly to leadership. Develop clear and actionable documentation for both technical and
  - technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, ideally in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Physics, or related experience.

• Foundational understanding of Io
  T, manufacturing, and digital solutions domains.

• Project management experience, preferably in AI/ML, data platforms, or digital product environments.

• Proven experience delivering
  - functional tech projects, involving emerging technologies like LLMs or Gen
  AI, ideally in an industrial context.

Skills

• Strong project management skills (Agile/Scrum preferred).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, particularly Gen
  AI and LLMs, is a plus.
