? Role Overview

• Lead a Global Transformation Program involving corporate mergers and system integration

• Collaborate with international stakeholders across multiple workstreams

? Candidate Profile

• Senior-level experience in managing
  - scale transformation and migration projects
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

? Language Requirements

• Fluent in Portuguese and English (English is the working language)
• French proficiency is a strong asset

? Work Arrangement

• Hybrid setup: 50%
  - site at client facilities in the Braga district
• Remote flexibility for the remaining time

? Contract Details

• Start date: ASAP
• Initial duration: 6 months
• High potential for extension through 2026 and beyond based on performance
