We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with experience in managing projects within the IT sector, specifically in areas related to DORA regulation compliance, Agile and PMI methodologies, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee projects ensuring compliance with DORA regulation.
• Lead
  - functional teams to deliver project objectives on time and within scope.
• Implement and monitor project governance and quality standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and communicate project progress effectively.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in project management, familiar with PMI and Agile methodologies.
• Solid knowledge of DORA regulation and its practical application.
• Leadership skills to guide teams and ensure compliance.
• Experience with BI tools and data analysis.
• Experience in multinational or
  - company environments.
• Fluent in Portuguese (spoken and written) and English.
