Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Lead the implementation of KPIs for service performance across all Group companies in compliance with DORA.
2. Support Product Manager in DORA-related initiatives, ensuring alignment on scope and timelines.
3. Coordinate with Project Managers to monitor progress and escalate issues when needed.
4. Report regularly to Leadership on project status and risks.

Profile:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in project management, ideally with DORA implementation.
• Knowledge of PMI/Agile, KPIs, and IT compliance.
• Experience with multidisciplinary/multicultural teams.
• Familiarity with BI tools and certifications like PMP, ITIL, or ISO 27001 are a plus.
• Fluent in English.
