We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager/Engineer to lead and support capital and operational engineering projects across facilities such as pharmaceutical, industrial, or manufacturing sites. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience and a solid understanding of engineering documentation, especially P&IDs, process flow diagrams, and technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage
  -
  - end project execution from initiation through to closeout, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and within scope.
• Review and approve engineering documentation including P&IDs, PFDs, datasheets, and design drawings.
• Coordinate with functional teams including engineering, QA, validation, and operations.
• Track project milestones, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with external contractors, consultants, and vendors as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related).
• At least 2 years of experience in project engineering or project management roles.
• Strong experience reviewing and interpreting P&IDs and other engineering documentation.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects in regulated industries.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Onsite).
