Your Role & Responsibilities

As a project manager, you are responsible for
-
- end project management, working directly with the customer to ensure satisfaction with the quality and timely delivery of the project. You should be able to oversee multiple projects of different sizes and coach and mentor peers to achieve the best results. The role involves
- facing responsibilities, requiring strong communication skills and an engaging presence with clients. You may also be involved in the presales stage of projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop project plans for medium and large projects.
• Oversee multiple large to XL size projects with guidance from the project lead.
• Ensure customer expectations regarding product quality, functionality, and delivery are met.
• Provide recommendations and implement strategies for successful project completion within designated areas.
• Operate with some supervision, with autonomy in achieving objectives related to specific programs or initiatives.
• Maintain regular and proactive communication with customers to address concerns promptly.
• Participate in organizational initiatives as required.
• Provide comprehensive customer and project reporting.
• Manage executive customer interface and reporting.
• Coach and mentor less experienced project managers.
• Ensure all project governance meetings are held within contractual frameworks.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Proficiency in Power
  Point, Excel, Outlook, Word, Microsoft Teams.
• Minimum 7 years of overall experience.
• At least 2 years of experience as a project manager in US/European telecom sectors.
• Over 4 years of experience managing projects in other domains.

Professional Certifications

• ITIL V4 Foundations or equivalent.
• Prince2, CSM, Master's in project management, PMP, or equivalent.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

• Strong and proactive verbal and written communication skills.
• Engaging presence and primary customer interface skills.
• Excellent time management and
  - setting abilities.
• Proficiency in data validation, project reporting, and project management tools.
• Ability to coach and mentor peers,
  - oriented, quick learner.
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite, Google Suite, Share
  Point, Adobe, Webex, and project management systems.

Required Language Thresholds:

• French: C2/Native Level
• English: C1 Level
