We’re seeking a sharp, passionate, and
- driven Project Manager to oversee production across our studio. You will be the operational engine, ensuring milestones are met, deliverables are on track, and teams are empowered to excel.

This role is for someone who believes in our mission, thrives in ambiguity, leads with clarity, and maintains high standards driven by passion, not just process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily standups, identify blockers, promote clarity, and drive progress.
• Manage and maintain Jira, ensuring thorough tracking.
• Develop and update roadmaps and timelines for game and transmedia projects.
• Facilitate build reviews, align teams, and support go/no-go decisions.
• Define and enforce stage gates across project phases with clear criteria.
• Monitor velocity and delivery, proactively mitigating risks.
• Act as a bridge between teams, aligning vision and execution.
• Document, report, and conduct retrospectives to improve cycle efficiency.

You Are

• Experienced in managing production in game development, interactive, or transmedia (5+ years).
• Proven in leading complex pipelines across disciplines.
• Fluent in Agile methodologies, Jira, and relevant tools.
• A strong communicator and facilitator.
• Detail-oriented and disciplined.
• Calm under pressure, with proactive risk management skills.
• Passionate about our work and committed to creating meaningful experiences.
