What does it take to be a SMART PM GLOBAL MARKETS?

• Minimum of 7 years of experience
• Global Markets knowledge
• Risk Management skills
• Ability to lead a project and interact with senior stakeholders in a multicultural and
  - driven environment.
• Ability to manage and finalize complex projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• English ( mandatory )

What are the main tasks?

• Inventory in the different cards listed in the portfolio the different Operational Risk components
• Ensure GM resilience is properly mitigating the RISK of GM which are not embedded into the Safety&Trust program
• Ensure each project is adequally covering a risk to mitigate
• Ensure no risk are orphan and not covered by a remediation
• Ensure that failing processes identified are correctly mitigated by the different actions engaged or to be engaged
• Ensure deliverables are properly mitigating the risks
• Ensure quality of deliverables
• To map and challenge the mitigants addressed by the program with GM RCSA rating
• To accompanish and to follow closely the deliverables with the different stakeholders identified
• To provide to CIB Management an independent second look by issuing ‘Risk Opinion’ about the project to be launched or remediation already engaged
