The Growth Project Manager is a critical role within Sword, involving leading
- functional initiatives by coordinating teams, aligning technical and business goals, and driving efficient project execution. It also includes developing scalable workflows, optimizing internal processes, and ensuring clear communication and accountability across stakeholders. This role sits within our Growth team, ensuring our growth initiatives are executed seamlessly and at scale.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Coordinate teams to ensure timely execution and seamless collaboration;
- Develop Scalable Workflows: Create and refine processes to enable faster, more effective collaboration;
- Optimize Operational Efficiency: Improve internal processes, align resources, and ensure
- team execution; - Align Technical & Business Needs: Work with engineering and other teams to translate business goals into technical requirements, prioritize impactful features, and ensure stakeholder alignment;
- Drive Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as the main contact for growth and engagement initiatives, clarify objectives, set timelines, and hold stakeholders accountable;
- Keep Everyone Aligned: Facilitate updates, run
- ups, and maintain project trackers to inform leadership and team members; - Resolve Roadblocks Quickly: Remove obstacles, find solutions, and keep projects moving forward;
- Champion Member-Centric Mindset: Ensure initiatives deliver value to members, incorporate feedback, and focus on their needs;
- Coordinate Engagement Campaigns: Oversee development of campaigns, collaborating with content, marketing, and product teams.
What you need to have:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in marketing, operations, or growth;
- Strong
- functional collaboration skills with a proven track record; - Project management expertise with familiarity in agile methodologies;
- Strong planning skills for managing multiple initiatives and resources;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

€47, 949 - €67, 299 a year, including base salary and potential incentives. Compensation is flexible based on skills and experience. Benefits include health insurance, meal allowance, equity, remote work allowance, flexible hours, and more. Note: Candidates must have a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal. This position does not offer relocation assistance.
