Project Manager (Hybrid) Lisboa

Wave is looking for a Project Manager based in Lisbon. The ideal person will manage the project’s team, plan and execute delivery, coordinate activities, and report progress with stakeholders, identify dependencies and iron out the details.

Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Gather, document, and analyse business and functional requirements in partnership with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Serve as liaison between business units, technology teams, and vendors to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Conduct business process analysis and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency and outcomes.
• Track project progress and produce regular status reports for leadership.
• Facilitate workshops,
  - gathering sessions, and stakeholder reviews.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.
• Support change management and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.

Skills

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Ccience or similar area.
• Experience of at least 2 years as a Project Manager or equivalent in a technology company.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure Dev
  Ops, or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Strong analytical and
  - solving mindset
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
