Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, systematic, and creative individual who thrives on leading and driving complex, innovative digital transformation projects. The focus will be on utilizing Augmented Reality for manufacturing and other industrial use cases.

The primary objective is to ensure the successful delivery of projects across across the different stages of engagement with industrial customers.

In your daily work you will:

• Manage the delivery of projects to customers, taking into account the
  - term and
  - term goals of the business;
• Plan, implement, and coordinate the delivery of multiple projects with the development team and third parties;
• Report on project progress, resource planning and financial analysis of the projects;
• Perform risk management across the existing projects;
• Proactively discuss project progress and needs with management;
• Manage the impact of emerging opportunities and their impact on the existing projects;
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
• Find practical and workable solutions to deliver results.
• +5-years professional experience in project management;
• BS or higher in Computer Science or related degree;
• Experience in delivery of projects in IT consulting and/or Manufacturing consulting;
• Professional project management certification from accredited institution (preference for PMP);
• Experience in effectively combining agile methodologies with traditional project management in
  - based startup environments;
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding
  - making and supervising department teams
• Goal driven, enthusiastic, creative thinker and problem solver;
• Ability to anticipate challenges and seek to proactively
  - off obstacles;
• Good communication skills and ability to thrive in diverse
  - first teams;
• Fluent spoken and written level of English (C1 or higher);
