The Mission:

We are seeking a driven professional to steer critical integration and transformation initiatives. You will be the bridge between the development teams and the business once in the Build phase, ensuring the successful delivery of our client’s roadmap (this is not a position for Production nor Infrastructure IT Project Management).

Key Deliverables:

Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop detailed project plans and manage timelines, resources, budget and milestones to ensure successful project completion.

Documentation Management:

• Oversee the creation of detailed specifications and test plans, ensuring all documentation is accurate and meets industry standards.

Leadership and communication:

• Lead the different IT teams, facilitate effective communication, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and progress.
• Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and progress, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Software Delivery:

• Coordinate with the development teams to ensure software products meet specified requirements and quality standards, managing the entire software development lifecycle.

Risk and Quality Management:

• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring all deliverables undergo rigorous quality assurance processes.

• Migration Strategy :

Develop and secure a comprehensive migration strategy to ensure a smooth transition to the live environment.

Coordinate with relevant teams to manage data migration and system integration.

Ensure the first days of production go smoothly, addressing any issues promptly and providing
- up support to stabilize the new system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Proven project management experience
• ITIL Certification
• PMI/PMP or Prince2 Certification
• Waterfall Project management
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time

Location: Porto

Type of mission: 4 days on site, 1 day on remote
