We are looking for Project Manager Jr to integrate on our backend squads!

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple DORA remediation initiatives across 5+ product lines.
• Own and maintain the project roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives across
  - functional teams.
• Gather, consolidate, and analyze progress inputs from different PMs for
  - level reporting.
• Act as a key liaison with stakeholders to drive delivery, unblock constraints, and maintain project momentum.
• Support Product Managers on all DORA-related topics, advising on scope, priorities, and timelines.
• Interface with other Project Managers to track progress, identify roadblocks, and ensure escalation when necessary.
• Provide regular reporting to CFGP leadership, acting as the main DORA point of contact within the department.
• Collect and centralize all required DORA evidence, ensuring audit readiness and full regulatory compliance.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience in IT Project Management, particularly in regulatory or
  - driven environments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with experience reporting to senior/executive stakeholders.
• Ability to manage and coordinate multicultural and geographically distributed teams.
• Familiarity with IT operations and infrastructure (no
  - on required, but strong contextual understanding expected).
• Knowledge or experience with DORA or other relevant regulations (e. g. , ISO 27001, IT risk frameworks).
• Experience working with tools such as Jira, Service
  Now, Confluence, Git
  Lab, Share
  Point.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
