Work with clients and project teams to define project requirements, resources, budgets, phases, tasks, schedules, and timelines.
Assess projects for risks and proactively identify blocks to success to facilitate collaboration among project and client teams to mitigate these risks.
Continuously track project progress in detail and manage its daily progress including updating project plans, timelines, budget reports, client reports, and other project documentation to ensure accuracy and transparency.
Manage client expectations effectively and provide regular status updates, responding to questions and concerns.
Understand each team's process and how to set them up for success, including understanding different approaches, pitfalls, and success factors.
Be empathetic to client needs and diplomatic in resolving issues.
Make decisions based on insights within the context of project goals and deadlines, and communicate these insights to the team and clients.
Facilitate meetings with internal teams and clients to clarify roles, responsibilities, stages, and tasks.
Communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively with clients.
Anticipate team needs and ensure they are not blocked from achieving project success, while holding teams and clients accountable.
Contribute to the project management community by suggesting improvements to workflows and processes, maintaining best practices.
Promote project success through collaboration with teammates and clients.

3-6 years of project management or support experience.
Experience with project management tools (e. g. , Smart
Sheet, JIRA, monday.com, Asana).
Ability to work independently and in teams to deliver projects.
Knowledge of Project Management Processes, Agile Methodologies, and project/product management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
