Role: Project Manager

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon

Required skills:

• Proven experience in project management, ideally in business support for international information system (IS) deployments.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to manage resources, schedules, and local constraints while respecting the global program framework.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to ensure effective liaison between local and central teams. Change Management: Ability to support local teams in transitioning to the new SAP system.
• Ability to quickly identify blockages and propose pragmatic solutions.
• Experience in writing training materials and organizing training sessions.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
