Job description:

As a Project Manager, you will work in a multicultural team empowered to make decisions and execute projects on time and in full. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders with diverse maturities and skills.

1. Project Management Support & Coaching: Assisting project managers globally in defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and budgets, while coaching teams for effective project execution within established frameworks.
2. Monitoring & Risk Management: Tracking project progress, ensuring KPI awareness, managing budgets, identifying risks, and developing mitigation strategies to enhance project success.
3. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Facilitating meetings, fostering communication, removing obstacles, and promoting an agile mindset to improve team efficiency and adaptability in dynamic environments.
4. Digital Transformation & Process Enhancement: Supporting Lean
   Goes
   Digital initiatives, coordinating pilot rollouts, providing training materials, and refining project management practices for continuous process improvement.

Your profile as a Project Manager:

1. Academic degree in a technical field or equivalent.
2. 2+ years of professional experience in project management.
3. Profound knowledge of agile management tools (e. g. , SCRUM, Kanban, Backlog, burndown charts).
4. Experience in analyzing and solving problems, presenting topics, running projects, and building teams.
5. Very good oral and written communication skills in English.
