What we’re looking for

• Degree in IT or similar
• Proven experience managing IT projects in agile, traditional or hybrid environments
• Ability to manage timelines, teams and budgets with a focus on value delivery
• Experience in software development lifecycle & business change projects
• Strong communication skills with both technical and
  - technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project or similar
• Project management certifications (e. g. PMI, CAPM, SCRUM) are a plus
• Experience in managing and coordinating teams both internal and external to the Public Administration is valued
• Dynamism and sense of responsibility
• Ability to work under pressure and take initiative,
  - solving and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams in a remote/hybrid work environment
