Responsibilities

• Coordinating software development projects for core products in Transport Management and Contract Logistics as Scrum Master
• Controlling and reporting project KPIs and actively planning capacities and resources
• Handling the Jira process for the respective projects
• Enabling continuous improvement of the project team and the project management community
• Communicating agile values and fostering an agile mindset in project teams
• Early recognition and elimination of obstacles, conflicts and risks to keep the project focused on success

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as Scrum Master / Project Manager in an agile environment, especially in software development projects
• A degree in business administration, computer science, business informatics, or a similar field is a plus
• Practical experience with Atlassian products (e. g. , Jira, Confluence)
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with a structured approach to managing tasks and priorities
• Fluent English in spoken and written (C1)
