Tasks

• Coordinating software development projects for our core products in Transport Management and Contract Logistics as Scrum Master
• Controlling and reporting of the project’s KPI’s and actively plan the capacities and resources of your projects
• Handling the Jira process for your respective projects
• Enable continuous improvement of the project team and in the project management community
• Communicating agile values and principles and foster an agile mindset in your project teams
• Early recognition and elimination of obstacles, conflicts and risks to keep the focus on the project’s success

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as scrum master / project manager in an agile environment, especially in software development projects
• A degree in business administration, computer science, business informatics, or a similar field of study is a plus
• Practical experience with the Atlassian product line (e. g. Jira, JPD, Confluence)
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with a structured approach to managing tasks and priorities
• Fluent English in spoken and written (C1)
