Job Description:

We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in transformation projects, specifically Mainframe transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead application projects within a multidisciplinary team environment, managing more than 10 team members.
• Apply hard skills such as time management, team coordination, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
• Utilize soft skills including team facilitation, client interaction, and effective communication.
• Manage technically complex projects (minimum of 2 projects).
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Participate in business development activities within your area of expertise and contribute to technical proposal processes.
• Engage directly with clients, including
  - site and hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications:

- Native Portuguese speaker and fluent in English is mandatory.

- Experience with Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
