We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in transformation projects, particularly Mainframe transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead application projects within a multidisciplinary team environment with more than 10 team members.
• Manage project aspects including time, team, risk, stakeholders, and change management.
• Demonstrate soft skills such as team facilitation, client interaction, and effective communication.
• Manage and oversee at least two technically complex projects.
• Coordinate and communicate with multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Participate in business development activities within your scope of expertise and contribute to technical proposals.
• Engage in
  - facing activities, including
  - site and hybrid work arrangements.

Requirements:

• Native Portuguese speaker and fluent in English.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
