About The Role
We are looking for a Project Manager (Mid-Level) to join our Shared Services Center in Porto, supporting strategic IT and digital transformation initiatives across multiple European business units. This position is ideal for professionals with a solid background in

- end project delivery, including ERP, CRM, Data, and BI implementations. You’ll play a critical role in bridging business and IT, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and in alignment with global strategy. This is a key position within a growing international organization, offering long‑term career development and exposure to large‑scale, cross‑border transformation programs.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle, from initial studies and planning through delivery and transition to operations.
- Translate business objectives into structured project plans, aligned with global IT and corporate strategy.
- Define and manage scope, budget, timeline, and governance for strategic IT projects.
- Track execution progress through KPIs, dashboards, and reporting, ensuring visibility and accountability.
- Manage interdependencies, risks, and change impacts across complex project portfolios.
- Lead project governance, including steering committees and stakeholder communications.
- Oversee vendor and partner management, ensuring contractual compliance, performance, and quality.
- Promote change management and user adoption, supporting business teams during transformation.
- Ensure compliance with internal cybersecurity, governance, and data protection standards.
- Foster continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the PMO and the organization.
Technical & Professional Requirements (Mandatory)
- 3 years of project management experience in IT or digital transformation.
- Proven success leading ERP, CRM, MDM, BI, or Digital Innovation projects.
- Strong experience managing large project budgets and financial forecasts.
- Experience in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Service
Now, or Smartsheet. - Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
- Experience in vendor and external partner management (contracts, SLAs, performance tracking).
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Ability to travel within Europe (at least once per month).
- Fluent English (mandatory); French is a strong advantage.
Certifications (Highly Valued)
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master certifications.
