Job Opening: Project Manager (Network Infrastructure)

Tasks:

• Deployment of target workplace solutions across different entities, with varying speeds depending on service and geography.
• Coordinate dependencies related to Network activities, such as product feature enhancements, capacity assessments, and other improvements, with network and service management teams.
• Track all Network-related activities supporting One Workplace deployment.
• Interface with technical experts of the Network teams to refine requirements and break down tasks.

Requirements:

• Mid-level Project Management expertise in IT operations.
• Technical expertise in Network Infrastructure.
• Experience with service provider personnel and
  - oriented approaches.
• Organizational and
  - building skills.
• Fluent in English (mandatory); French language skills are a plus.
• Ability to estimate effort, develop itemized project plans, and prepare progress reports.
• Experience in risk and issue reporting.
• Knowledge of workplace infrastructure solutions.
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently, operate under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• ITIL disciplines expertise.
