Tasks
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery on time and within scope.
- Coordinate resources, team members, and
- party vendors. - Facilitate regular status meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives.
- Identify project risks and work proactively to resolve issues and remove blockers.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure project deliverables meet compliance and regulatory standards, especially in financial and banking contexts.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and other key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Project Management roles.
- Prior experience managing projects in the banking, financial, or compliance domains (strongly preferred).
- Proven ability to lead
- functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and scope effectively. - Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and
- technical audiences. - Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) – required for daily communication in an international setting.
- Must be located in Portugal (remote work only).
