We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee key pharmaceutical projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to lead
- functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage pharmaceutical projects (e. g. , drug development, regulatory submissions, new process equipment, product launches) ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Coordinate
  - functional teams (Commercial, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, QA/QC) to ensure seamless execution.
• Ensure compliance with FDA/EMA/ICH guidelines, GMP, GACP, and other regulatory requirements.
• Communicate project status, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders and senior management.
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices in project management.
• Manage contracts, vendors, clients, and external partners (CROs, CMOs, etc. ).

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy.
• Experience: 5+ years in project management within the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Chemical, or Food Industries.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Notion, Asana, etc. ).
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Gx
  P, ICH, and regulatory submission processes.
• Soft Skills: Results-driven mentality, strong leadership, communication, and
  - solving abilities.
