We are currently looking for Project Manager (Presales).

Requirements:

Our Data & AI business unit is looking for an experienced professional in Data Analytics Project Management who will manage multiple data analytics projects in emerging markets and coordinate distributed teams (both local and remote) while ensuring seamless communication with all stakeholders. Overseeing diverse team member profiles, including functional, technical, governance, and change management specialists.

Required Competences:

1. +5 years of overall professional experience
2. At least 2 years of project management experience
3. Establish and maintain project governance structures
4. Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members
5. Ensure adherence to project management methodologies
6. Monitor, track, and report project progress
7. Identify and resolve issues, escalating to the project board when necessary
8. Represent the project in steering meetings and liaise with the project board
9. Understand local market dynamics, cultural diversity, and emerging market practices
10. Manage project scope, budget, and resource allocation
11. Collaborate with sales and
    - sales teams to define project proposals, including creating tailored solutions for client needs
12. Develop and deliver presentations, technical demonstrations, and proof of concepts (Po
    Cs) for AI/ML and
    - driven solutions during
    - sales processes
13. Assist in writing RFP responses, preparing effort estimations, and identifying risks and mitigations during proposal phases
14. Experience with Agile/SCRUM, Agile Analytics and Data Driven Design
15. Availability to travel
16. Fluency in Portuguese and English languages
17. Residency in Portugal
