Your role in our team
- Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Support in the development and implementation of the Group-wide Procurement & Supply Chain Management strategy.
- Lead global supplier lifecycle and risk management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with governance and procurement guidelines across all entities.
- Digitalization & Performance Management
- Design and maintain a global KPI dashboard for procurement performance.
- Act as Product Owner for digital processes (SRM platform Ivalua).
- Roll out external risk management software globally.
- Project & Change Management
- Serve as PMO for strategic P&SCM projects.
- Lead due diligence and
- merger integration efforts. - Facilitate steering committees and workshops across management levels.
- Communication & Reporting
- Drive internal communication and best practice sharing.
- Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for top management.
- Organize internal/external events (e. g. , townhalls).
- Manage quarterly Market & Risk Report and procurement intranet.
Your profile
Experience & Qualifications
- Academic background in Business, SCM, Engineering, or related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
- 5+ years in procurement, supply chain, consulting or project management.
- Proven success in
- functional,
- border projects. - Experience with SRM platforms (preferably Ivalua) and risk management tools.
- Strong grasp of governance, compliance, and performance frameworks.
Project & Change Management
- Excellent project management and change management skills.
- Strong analytical and
- solving abilities. - High digital literacy (MS Office, data visualization, procurement software).
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; Portuguese or German is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix organization.
