About The Job

The primary role is to follow up on the production, conduct data quality reviews, and implement and monitor KPIs during the production phase. Ensure the evolution of the product to include new use cases and fields from initiation to successful delivery, working in an agile project mode. Manage all aspects of the project, oversee the production team, and coordinate with the product owner.

Your Main Activities Are

1. Take ownership of the production phase and new project deliverables against scope, budget, and timeline.
2. Develop and maintain close relationships with the product owner, team, and stakeholders.
3. Analyze production data quality, ensure governance and cleanup processes are effective, and monitor KPIs.
4. Ensure all project statuses are accurate and timely, provide progress reports, and adhere to governance standards.
5. Act as an ambassador of the production team within the organization.
6. Conduct
   - implementation reviews and implement lessons learned.
7. Contribute to increasing the capability and expertise of the production team.

Profile and Skills to Success

1. Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar fields.
2. Advanced fluency in English, both oral and written.
3. At least 3 years of experience in project management, product management, or audit.
4. Experience using Excel.
5. Advanced IT knowledge.
6. Attention to detail and creative thinking.
7. Excellent communication skills and time management.
