• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Operations, Deployment, Expansion, Business Strategy, or similar roles.
• Willingness to travel internationally depending on project needs.
• Proven experience managing
  - functional,
  - based, or hardware/software deployment projects.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with collaboration and project tools such as Notion, Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
• Strong background in process improvement and change management.
• A proactive,
  - solving mindset with high autonomy and ownership.
• Detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on accuracy and structured execution.
• Tech-savvy, with curiosity for exploring new tools and solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic,
  - changing environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience in startups or
  - ups, particularly launching new markets, geographies, or services.
• Previous work with hardware products or field deployments (installations, logistics, site readiness).
• Familiarity with
  - mile delivery, smart lockers, or parcel infrastructure.
• Knowledge of UK regulations related to deployment (e. G. , health & safety, site access, local permits).
• Tangible achievements in process optimization and/or project management, such as driving cost savings or efficiency improvements across departments.
