We are looking for a Project Manager
The Program is a major transformation initiative by ZEISS Vision, enabling the transition to SAP S/4HANA and integration with internally productive & operational solutions. This program will reshape business processes across the Vision entity in Portugal, particularly within Production and Commercial Operations.

- in, acting as the operational PM and ensuring smooth execution of this strategic transformation.

Mission – High-Level Overview
• Prioritize daily work and ensure accountability for design decisions at the entity level
• Be the key local point of contact for the Hub
• Lead with independence, assertiveness, and excellent stakeholder management

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate the SAP
- in across the Portuguese entity, including process design, change management, training, validation, compliance, and communications
• Act as operational Project Manager and main contact for the FIT4
- in
• Manage the local backlog and align daily tasks with strategic priorities
• Coordinate and secure local resources and knowledge at the right time
• Drive capacity planning and resource allocation
• Engage continuously with the Hub team, escalating issues and reporting progress
• Coordinate logistics and local organization (rooms, facilities, etc. )
• Bridge and align Production and Commercial areas ensuring smooth and efficient collaboration
• Ensure alignment with corporate change management strategy
• Report directly to the business board & management

Specific Expected Tasks
• Monitor project progress, mitigate
- level risks and issues, and report updates
• Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and policies
• Engage and manage key stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Organize daily routines and ensure optimal coordination, including schedules and meetings
• Be persistent and proactive in retrieving needed information from all business areas
• Facilitate effective team collaboration and alignment of internal goals

Profile & Skills
Required
• Proven Project Management experience in large transformation programs
• Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience as Project manager
• PMO/Project Management Certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) is mandatory
• Strong background in industrial production processes
• Experience in SAP implementation projects will be valued but not mandatory
• Expertise in

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team empowerment skills
• Strong leadership and influencing abilities – able to make people want to join
• Self-motivated, independent,
- oriented
• Familiarity with Agile and traditional project management
• Capacity to add value, aggregate, and conduct stakeholders
• Excellent English – written and spoken
Availability
• Willing to work
- site 4–5 days/week during initial phases (min. 3 days later)
• Able to split time between Lisbon and Setúbal as per project needs
