YOUR ROLE

We are looking for motivated Consultants with experience in Project Management to join our teams in Lisbon.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Help the team understand and follow Scrum values and practices
• Ensure the team is aware of business goals and their progress toward them
• Support the team in becoming
  - organizing and
  - managing
• Act as a facilitator
• Lead sprint review and planning meetings, including preparing progress reports when necessary
• Help the team understand and implement changes to workflows to improve efficiency
• Coach new team members on how to use Scrum
• Collaborate with stakeholders

YOUR PROFILE

• Higher education in Computer Science, Management Informatics, Business Management, or other Engineering fields (preferably)
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in application development projects
• Additional experience in Agile environments as a PO, Software Engineer, or other roles is valued
• Ability to promote Agile practices and values within teams to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of Office tools, especially Excel and Power
  Point
• Analytical mindset, strong organizational and communication skills
• Proactive attitude,
  - oriented, and
  - focused
