• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to scope.
• Select and implement the most suitable project management methodology (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) for each project.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports using tools like Jira or MS Project.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, facilitating clear and consistent communication across teams, management, and clients.
• Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, effectively prioritizing tasks and resources to meet competing deadlines.

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager (3+ years), preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Experience with project management software such as Jira, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
