Your Mission

Oversee the full lifecycle of technology projects, from planning to execution, while ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering effective communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and forecast project execution
• Track time and effort, prepare regular status reports, and communicate progress clearly
• Coordinate development teams, ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies
• Identify and manage project risks, proactively resolving issues

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in IT project management
• Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies, with hands‑on experience in Scrum and Kanban
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Proven experience managing and coordinating technical teams
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
• Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
• Upper‑intermediate spoken and written English

Nice to Have

• PMP, PSM, or equivalent certifications

Important

This is an on‑site position based in Lisbon. Remote or hybrid work is not available. Candidates must either already be in Lisbon or be willing to relocate. Full relocation support will be provided if necessary.
