Project Manager

DECSKILL operates in 3 main areas:
- DECSKILL TALENT, through which we provide our clients with an extension to their IT teams;
- DECSKILL BOOST, through which we provide our client with software development models to increase capacity and optimize Time-to-Market, where we create and manage teams that deliver according to their needs, at the desired speed;
- DECSKILL CONNECT through which we provide our client with consulting services, as well as the implementation and management of information technology infrastructures.

Mission: The project is focused on analyzing, developing, and operating workflows using Ui
Path RPA technology, that automate Group internal business processes.
We are searching for a Project Manager!
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute IT projects: determine project scope, necessary resources, team management, and compliance with established deadlines;
- Strong ability to coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams, promoting collaboration between business areas and systems;
- Highly
- oriented, with a focus on effective project delivery within defined deadlines and quality standards; - Flexibility and agility in adapting to dynamic and constantly evolving contexts, with the ability to manage priorities and anticipate risks;
- Consolidated experience in managing
- based digital projects, including systems integration, automation, and operational processes; - Assess the technical and functional impacts of changes, promoting alignment between the areas involved;
- Demonstrate a high degree of autonomy and ability to manage complex situations;
- Actively support the transformation processes underway in the organization;
- Demonstrate organization and agile accountability and leadership behaviors that allow for integration into the team culture;
- Promote good IT governance practices;
- Provide constructive feedback to team members, participating in continuous improvement processes;
- Review and manage pending issues, risks, and issues to ensure the updated status of projects, as necessary and appropriate;
- Follow group standards and templates for project management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in industrial and technological contexts;
- Solid knowledge of general Information Systems management and high proficiency in managing system implementation processes;
- Experience in integration projects with multiple systems is valued;
- Proven experience in leading and coordinating technical teams, with the ability to manage resources, conflicts, and priorities;
- Track record of successful deliveries in complex digital projects with a strong industrial component;
- Previous experience in projects carried out in collaboration with Galp is valued.
- Technical skills requirements.
- Knowledge of Office (Excel, Word, Power
Point), Sharepoint, Jira, Power
BI, among others. - Fluent Portuguese (spoken and written – critical);
- Fluent English (spoken and written – critical);
- Fluent Spanish (spoken and written).

- solving oriented profile; - Accountable for their actions and able to get different teams to work together towards the same goal;
- Organized, agile, and flexible profile, able to manage stressful situations. The role requires a high degree of autonomy in
- making, anticipating problems and ensuring full commitment to their resolution; - A profile that makes things happen and is
- oriented, meeting timings, budgets, and scope; - Communication must be an innate tool,
- oriented, with strong empathy for the different stakeholders that make up our internal customers; - Strong focus on problem solving and proactively seeking improvements that benefit Galp's automation, suggesting and leading innovative initiatives;
- Critical thinking, flexibility, and focus on continuous improvement;
- Good level of English.
