The Challenge is:

To contribute technically and strategically to the management of the company's projects, ensuring milestones execution and coordination between the various parts involved.

Seeking to improve the profitability of the project, while also managing quality and guaranteeing customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities are:

• Participate in the manpower definitions, required for the various stages of the project, based on a qualitative and quantitative analysis;
• Efficiently monitoring resources and guaranteeing infrastructures for carrying out the project, both internally and at the client's premises;
• Leading and monitoring project teams;
• Manage the interfaces and satisfaction of the project team, senior management, clients and suppliers;
• Lead the definition of the project budget;
• Ensure that activities carried out outside the initial scope of the project are addressed;
• Monitor compliance with project milestones;
• Prepare and send status reports;
• Evaluate and record project results and progress;
• Cost Control – such as staff, materials and invoicing.

What we look for:

• Degree in Electronic Engineering, Automation, Control and Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanics or Industrial Management (preferred);
• Previous experience, at least 5 years in a similar role, preferably in an industrial or automotive environment;
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel;
• Knowledge of other languages will be valued, such as German;
• Proficiency in English;
• Availability to travel outside the country (mandatory);
• Strong interpersonal communication and client orientation;
• Highly oriented, organized and strong willing.
