Job Scope and Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and strategicProject Managerto coordinate the implementation ofSAP in Iberia, for an18 months project. This position is vital as it will ensure that the implementation takes place within deadlines and with the least impact on
-
- day operations. The Project Manager will work closely with all Essilor departments, such as Production, Sales, Finance, among others.

Main Areas of Responsibility

• Follow up the scope of the project, set timescales, determine the resourcesrequired and define milestones.
• Co-ordinating the project team and collaborating withother departmentsand third parties to ensure the perfect execution of projects.
• Monitor project progress (follow up meetings with Corporate) and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful meetings.
• Organize and prepare the documentation for internal meetings with all departments to keep everyone informed about the progress of the streams.
• Develop contingency plans to mitigate potential risks.
• Maintaining communication with stakeholders and reporting on the status of the project on a regular basis.
• Ensure that projects are completed within the established budget and timeframe.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• SAP Knowledge (advanced).
• Analytical skills.
• Proactivity.
• Organisational and planning skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• At least 3 years of SAP implementation experience.

Languages

• Native Portuguese.
• Spanish is a plus.
