Seniority: Mid (3‑5 years) Location: Hybrid from Lisbon. Candidates must be in Portugal already.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (4+ years) as a Project Manager or Technical Lead managing Java‑based projects.
• Solid understanding of Java development environments, frameworks (Spring, Hibernate), and software architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, and Jenkins.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end project delivery of Java‑based applications.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Mentor and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure adherence to Agile practices and maintain project documentation.
• Track progress, manage risks, and report status to senior leadership.
