Overview of the role:

We are seeking a motivated and
- oriented Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of a mega
- use project in Lisbon. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and eager to grow within a dynamic environment, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Support the preparation and review of design briefs, drawings, and technical documentation in collaboration with architects, engineers, and consultants.

Monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.

Track and report project progress, identifying potential risks and supporting mitigation strategies.

Coordinate tenant improvement works, ensuring alignment with design guidelines, landlord standards, and tenant requirements

Support tendering and procurement processes, including preparation of RFPs, evaluation of proposals and
- adding in maximizing the project returns.

Participate in project meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.

Contribute to process improvement and help implement project management best practices within the team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering, project management or related field.

At least 10 years of professional experience in project management, or real estate development.

Solid understanding of design and construction processes, including planning, permitting, technical coordination and project management.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power
Point, Word) and project management tools.

Working knowledge of design software such as Auto
CAD, Revit, or Sketch
Up is an advantage.

Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Full professional proficiency in both English and Portuguese.
