Project Manager

Your role in our team
As a Project Manager, you will oversee projects from contract signing to completion, ensuring adherence to guidelines, standards, procedures, legislation, and project management best practices. You will be responsible for meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality standards, and for managing project activities effectively. Main Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects efficiently, applying appropriate methodologies focused on time, cost, and quality.
- Ensure projects are executed according to planned schedules and allocate additional resources if necessary.
- Monitor activities to ensure they meet planned criteria.
- Control operational costs and safeguard project profitability.
- Implement measures to mitigate delays, unforeseen costs, and risks.
- Proactively seek to enhance project value and profitability through process optimization and new business opportunities.
- Resolve issues promptly, including items on the Snag List.
- Report performance indicators to management and stakeholders for informed
- making. - Organize and maintain all project documentation systematically.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to assess impacts of project variations.
- Promote continuous process improvement and ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety policies.
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory obligations.
Your profile
- Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrotechnology.
- Project Management certification by PMI or IPMA (support provided if not certified).
- At least 3 years of project management experience in an industrial environment.
- Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Effective communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused,
- oriented, and demanding. - Good understanding of system integration (mechanical, automation, software).
- Collaborative, pragmatic, and
- oriented attitude.
