Project Manager

Your role in our team
As a Project Manager, you will oversee project execution from contract signing to completion, ensuring adherence to guidelines, standards, internal procedures, legislation, and project management best practices. You will be responsible for meeting deadlines and budgets, and maintaining quality. Our team values continuous improvement and faces daily challenges, providing opportunities for growth and

Main Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects efficiently, focusing on time, cost, and quality using appropriate methodologies.
- Ensure project implementation aligns with the planned schedule, adjusting resources as necessary.
- Monitor activities to ensure they meet planned criteria.
- Control operational costs and safeguard project profitability.
- Implement measures to mitigate delays, unforeseen costs, and risks.
- Proactively seek to increase project value and profitability through process optimization and new business opportunities.
- Ensure timely resolution of all snag list items.
- Report performance metrics to management and stakeholders for informed
- making. - Organize and manage all project documentation systematically.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to assess impacts of scope or work variations.
- Promote continuous improvement,
- evaluate processes, and ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety policies. - Ensure adherence to legal obligations and internal/external regulations.
Your profile
- Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrotechnology.
- Project Management certification by PMI or IPMA (support available if not certified).
- At least 3 years of project management experience in an industrial environment.
- Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused,
- oriented, and demanding. - Good understanding of system integration (mechanical, automation, software).
- Collaborative, pragmatic, and
- focused attitude.
