Project Manager

Role: Project Manager
Services:
-Defining the project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders;
-Developing a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones and resource allocation;
-Coordinating
- functional teams, including developers, designers and testers;
-Facilitating regular status meetings and providing updates to stakeholders;
-Identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with project management best practices and methodologies (e. g. , Agile, Scrum);
-Managing project budget and resource allocation efficiently with support from a program PMO, and collecting and analyzing feedback on the MVP to inform future developments;
-The service will require business expertise of European Regulation regarding Insurance (Solvency 2, Solvency Capital Requirements (=SCR)), as well as expertise adherence between MVP and the overall program objectives;
-Expertise in conducting MVP, engaging with business experts from Solvency 2 and Finance, and engaging with several Cx
O and Cx
O direct reports stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
-Leading the governance and execution of the MVP within the Global Data Platform program;

- end development of the STEC MVP, ensuring that it meets the defined business objectives and requirements;
-Stakeholder Engagement: Actively engaging with business subject matter experts, particularly Group Risk Actuaries, to gathering insights on their needs regarding solvency processes and economic capital;
-Facilitation of Collaboration: Organizing and facilitating weekly governance meetings and steering committees to ensuring alignment among stakeholders and to driving discussions around the MVP's progress and requirements;
-Business Requirements Translation: Translating the business needs identified from discussions with subject matter experts into actionable project requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment across the project team;
-Timely Decision-Making: Driving timely
- making processes by presenting relevant information and facilitating discussions among stakeholders, ensuring that the MVP development remains on track.
Expertise:
-Strong leadership and team management expertise;
-Adaptability and resilience in managing complexities;
-Expertise on stakeholder management capabilities, particularly within risk and actuarial contexts;
