Responsibilities
- Manage projects from contract award to delivery ensuring compliance with internal standards, legislation, and project management best practices.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets aligning with contractual requirements and internal procedures.
- Validate the resolution of all open points and manage project risks to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Analyze and control project operational costs, ensuring profitability and compliance with financial targets.
- Identify new business opportunities during project execution to promote additional customer orders.
- Coordinate all project documentation, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and proper handover to customers.
- Drive continuous improvement by reviewing processes and working methods to increase efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company standards in quality, environment, and health & safety.
- Prepare management reports and performance indicators to support decision‑making.
Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical or Automation Engineering (or similar).
- 6–9 years of experience in project management within an industrial environment.
- Solid knowledge of Project Management, QEH&S standards, and industrial processes.
- Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Project) and ERP systems (SAP or similar).
- Fluent in English; Spanish or French is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and planning skills, with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
- A proactive, analytical, and structured mindset, with a strong sense of accountability and teamwork.
