Your Mission

• Lead strategic transformation projects focused on digitalization, process optimization, and operational efficiency across multiple business areas;
• Define project plans, budgets, timelines, resources, and performance indicators, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy;
• Manage communication and coordination between internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners;
• Identify project risks and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies;
• Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of at least 5 years in managing transformation, process, or
  - driven projects;
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet;
• Excellent analytical mindset, with resilience and focus on achieving measurable results;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Additional Desired Skills

• Experience in industrial, FMCG, or retail environments;
• Knowledge of SAP systems, Business Intelligence tools, or digital transformation initiatives;
• Understanding of Agile or hybrid (Waterfall + Agile) project management methodologies;
• Recognized certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master;
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
