The Project Manager leverages expertise in technical delivery and project management to drive successful execution of large, complex projects and workstreams, mitigating risks and achieving business objectives. Navigates challenges, inspires teams, and fosters innovation. role coordinates
- functional resources and stakeholders, manages project elements, requests resources, and ensures effective communication
We are looking for a Project Manager who will:
- Lead and manage multiple telecom projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
- Develop and implement project management strategies, methodologies, and best practices to ensure efficient project execution.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate
- functional teams, including engineers, Business analyst, QA and SA, to ensure seamless project delivery. - Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation plans to address issues proactively.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to maintain clear communication and manage expectations.
- Conduct regular project reviews and generate detailed reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
- Demonstrated experience managing
- scale projects. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong analytical and
- solving abilities. - Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with financial management and budgeting.
- Ability to work effectively in a
- paced, dynamic environment. - Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Understanding of telecom technologies, systems, and infrastructure.
- PMP or equivalent certification
