Proven experience managing

- based, or hardware/software deployment projects.

Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to deliver under tight deadlines.

Proficiency with collaboration and project tools such as Notion, Jira, Confluence, and Miro.

Strong background in process improvement and change management.

A proactive,
- solving mindset with high autonomy and ownership.

Detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on accuracy and structured execution.

Tech-savvy, with curiosity for exploring new tools and solutions.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic,
- changing environment.

Nice to have:

Experience in startups or
- ups, particularly launching new markets, geographies, or services.

Previous work with hardware products or field deployments (installations, logistics, site readiness).

Familiarity with
- mile delivery, smart lockers, or parcel infrastructure.

Knowledge of UK regulations related to deployment (e. g. , health & safety, site access, local permits).

Tangible achievements in process optimization and/or project management, such as driving cost savings or efficiency improvements across departments.
