Key role in developing and building renewable energy projects.

Key aspects of the work will include:

• Project Planning & Execution

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

• Oversee site assessments, feasibility studies, and permitting processes.

• Manage procurement of equipment, services, and contractors.

• Team & Stakeholder Coordination

• Lead
  - functional teams including engineering, legal, finance, and environmental experts.

• Liaise with local authorities, landowners, and community stakeholders.

• Ensure effective communication across internal and external parties.

• Risk & Compliance Management

• Identify and mitigate project risks (technical, financial, regulatory).

• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and health & safety standards.

• Monitor and report on project progress and milestones.

• Financial Oversight

• Track project expenditures and ensure alignment with budget forecasts.

• Support financial modelling and investment analysis.

• Prepare reports for investors and senior management.

• Commissioning & Handover

• Oversee testing, commissioning, and operational readiness.

• Ensure smooth transition to operations and maintenance teams.

Skills:

• Proven experience managing renewable energy projects (3–5 years minimum).

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and permitting processes.

• Proficiency in project management tools.

• Fluent in English.

• Strong analytical and technical
  - solving abilities.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and performance data.

• Familiarity with simulation tools.

• Capacity to apply engineering principles to
  - world renewable energy challenges.

• Minimum 3 years work experience

• Master's degree/degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Physics, Aeronautics, or related field).
