Your Role

We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to support the coordination and successful delivery of Data & AI projects within Capgemini Engineering.

• Support planning, execution, and delivery of Data & AI initiatives
• Track project progress and manage tasks, timelines, and dependencies using PM tools
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and documentation for internal and client visibility
• Collaborate with senior managers to ensure alignment on scope, priorities, and quality

Your Profile

• Hands‑on experience with Jira and Confluence or other PM tools (e. g. , Redmine, Service
  Now)
• Working knowledge of Agile methodology
• Familiarity with task management, release planning, and reporting tools
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle
• Technical background in Data & AI projects is preferred
• Fluency in English is mandatory (spoken and written)
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Effective communication and teamwork
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in dynamic environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent are highly valued
