ATA Architects International is Hiring a Project Manager for Lisbon Branch

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the project design process from master plan design through Issued for Construction (IFC) stage
• Develop, monitor and ensure fulfilment of design schedules, scopes and budgets
• Coordinate and manage the performance of architectural, structural, MEP and specialized design consultants
• Ensure all design deliverables meet the project vision, contractual requirements, local authority regulations and international quality standards
• Facilitate design workshops and review meetings to resolve technical issues promptly
• Oversee the design change control process, ensuring impacts on cost, schedule and quality are properly assessed
• Ensure all required authority approvals and permits are obtained on time
• Maintain clear and comprehensive design documentation and progress reports for senior management
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, consultants and relevant authorities during the design stage
• Coordinate smooth handover of design packages to the construction team upon completion

Our ideal candidates would have:

• Master's degree in Architecture
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in design management for
  - scale real estate projects
• Strong knowledge of design coordination processes and multidisciplinary team management
• Familiarity with Saudi building codes, permitting processes, and authority requirements
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in reviewing design drawings and reports (production skills in Auto
  CAD / Revit are a plus but not a primary requirement)
